I love that you have Polish blood running through your veins!!! Woo-hoo!!! If you ever want a FABULOUS recipe for a sweet pierogi, let me know. I was playing around with my grandma's original recipe and created my own version. While I enjoy the savory ones, I was wondering if I could create a more American breakfast type. : )
